There are a number of additional services that our customers can benefit from through all Crockett & Jones shops; details can be found below.

Repairs

Crockett & Jones offers a full refurbishment service for its Goodyear Welted shoes and boots through the retail shops and stockists. Your shoes are returned to the factory in Northampton, where they are stripped down and re-welted, re-soled and re-heeled on the appropriate lasts to retain their shape by our skilled craftsmen. Factory repairs can take between 6-10 weeks depending on the time of year.

Aside from the factory repairs most of the Crockett & Jones retail shops also offer a local repair service, which is carried out by a reputable agent on our behalf and takes approximately 2 weeks.

Mail Order

With shops in London & Birmingham, New York, Paris and Brussels, Crockett & Jones is able to offer its many customers the expert personal attention which ensures that their choice of shoe fits perfectly. We hold detailed size and fitting records of all our regular customers, which helps us to verify the exact size requirements. For those unable to visit our shops, we offer a comprehensive mail order service for purchasing Crockett & Jones shoes, belts and accessories. Through this service you may also return shoes to us for a full repair at the factory.

Tax Free Shopping

For non EU customers purchasing shoes in the Crockett & Jones retail shops in London, Birmingham, Paris and Brussels we are able to provide a tax refund form to allow customers to claim back VAT (sales tax) on leaving their final EU destination. The shop staff will be able to give you more information about how to complete this simple process.

Semi Bespoke

The Crockett & Jones retail shops offer a semi-bespoke service for customers who wish to order a pair of shoes to their own specifications. Each pair is individually hand crafted to the customer’s choice of pattern, upper material and sole type which can be selected from our extensive range of styles and materials. Full Bespoke

A fully bespoke service is available only through our retail shop at 14 Rue Chauveau-Lagarde in Paris. This shop houses the workshop of the ‘Maître Bottier’ (Master Shoe Maker) Dimitri Gomez who creates made to measure shoes of the highest quality, using leathers from the best tanneries. Each pair is completely hand made on a customer’s own last and takes around 6 months to complete.
