Crockett & Jones offer a full exchange or money-back guarantee on all unworn goods returned to us within 3 months of the purchase date along with a valid receipt. However, shoes showing any evidence of being worn, including scuffed soles, are not eligible for return. Please note that we cannot refund the cost of postage.
Delivery & Returns
Crockett & Jones only uses the finest leathers available. With the correct care and attention your shoes will age well, taking on a greater depth of colour and character that only time can produce. We recommend following our shoe care guidelines regularly. Leather uppers require regular treatment with a good-quality wax polish to protect the leather and give a high shine finish. This should help to prolong the life of the uppers and maintain their appearance. What does it mean?

Last 379 is a Main Collection last with a classical round toe. Taking its toe shape (only) from the long appreciated 236 last, this updated version has been remodelled and reformed to produce an exceptional last for formal business Oxfords. The resulting last is a traditional and recognisable Crockett & Jones toe shape that has been blended with an excellent fitting and technically superior last throughout the joint, the cone, the waist and full back-part.
What does it mean?
Chukka / Derby Boot
It is believed that a Chukka boot has both a sporting and a military heritage. A Chukka boot (or Desert boot) is constructed using three pieces of outer material – Inside Quarter, Outside Quarter and Vamp with low cut leg (but above the ankle) and two to three eyelets. In contrast, a Derby boot is a fully lined, high leg and all together, more substantial boot with variations similar to a Derby shoe. Chukka boots are usually considered unlined, although lined versions are available and they are often regarded as the most comfortable of all styles.

Made in England, by Harbourough Rubber Co. offering the formality of a leather sole with the comfort, practicality and longevity of a rubber sole.

All Goodyear-welted shoes & boots are 100% made in Northampton, England. Slippers & Driving shoes are outsourced to specialist manufacturers.
