Natural Crepe, the purest form of latex rubber, is a curious material that brings casual comfort to high quality craftsmanship. A wonder of the natural world, raw latex is tapped directly from a rubber tree, in a process that leaves the trees unharmed and able to produce for decades to come. Crepe Rubber is not the mainstay to our business, but it does provide a unique opportunity to offer a fully repairable collection with a touch of composed informality. Always with a keen eye on style.
This capsule collection for Spring Summer 2019 has been developed on Last 377, an asymmetric, round toed and characterful last. Each of the ‘Summer Line’ styles has maximum comfort at its core. Accomplished by using the soft, but robust repello suede, whilst removing the linings to ensure increased breathability and flexibility. The Natural Crepe sole, now fully stitched to the welt, is our most flexible sole and perfect for the ‘Summer Line’ concept.
Launched last spring, CRANLEIGH, our unlined Chelsea boot for summer, is the first choice style for this summer’s comfort collection. The only style available in mid-blue suede (a seasonal choice), it further supports the continuing strength of our smart-casual offering.
The only unlined double monk to have ever graced the Crockett & Jones Men’s Collection, Flore III is a youthful take on a (now) widely excepted style.
A staple, classic, two eyelet Chukka boot that so many will recognised as a signature Crockett & Jones style. If you have never had the pleasure of trying on an unlined Chukka, we would welcome you into one of our retail stores.
