Local Repairs & Repair Disclaimer
For smaller repair jobs (such as heel replacement only) or if time is of the essence, Crockett & Jones retail shops may also recommend a local repair service, which will be carried out by a reputable agent on our behalf and takes approximately 2 weeks. Retail staff will organise this repair for you and contact you when your shoes are ready for collection.
Crockett & Jones only recommends using our own factory repair service or that of a recommended repairer via a Crockett & Jones retail shop. If you decide to have your shoes repaired elsewhere and damages or problems occur, Crockett & Jones will not be held responsible for the condition of your shoes following this repair.
Crockett & Jones are not liable for problems that can occur during wear once ‘half rubber’ or ‘stick-on-soles’ have been applied by a non-authorised repairer. The use of these soles, if not fitted correctly, can create an imbalance in the shoe and lead to other problems later down the line.
